Founder, strategist, and operational partner with over two decades inside the machinery of organizations.
I've spent over twenty years managing proposals, building systems, leading teams, and solving problems most people never see until something breaks. Somewhere along the way, I noticed something troubling: the more we automated, the less human everything felt.
AI arrived promising efficiency, but people were scared — not of robots, but of being replaced. I've felt that fear. I've watched colleagues feel it. I've seen organizations gut their human infrastructure in the name of streamlining and then wonder why nothing works.
